Looking for a receiver to pair with a Playstation 3 and a set of Energy Take Classic surround sound speaker set.

Assume you're looking for value with that setup.

Take a look at the Onkyo range and the Yamahas.


Both have reputation for great sound at reasonable cost.


I pair up my Energy's to a Yahama receiver.


Now that I have added two C300s I need to utilize the spare two speakers from my Take 5 set so I'll be looking at a 7.1 setup soon. The Onkyos have some great HDMI switching 7.1 receivers going for a song right now.
