Here's the equipment I have:

Panasonic AE900U - in the back of the room, behind viewing area.

Onkyo TX-SR703B - in front viewing area

Samsung DVD-HD850 - in front viewing area

xbox 360 - in front viewing area

motorola HD cable box - in front viewing area


I'm assuming no >$200 solution would turn on all these with one button since the projector is in the back of the room.


I use the xbox to game and also with media center so if the remote has settings for xbox media center that would be great.

If you can find a "One For All" URC-9910 remote on ebay, this would work for you. This remote comes with an RF extender that you could use to control the projector. If the remote lacks codes for any of your devices, you can use JP1 to create a WAV file that you can use to load the code into the remote using it's built in modem.
