Whats the best way to hook up an xbox 360, cable box and dvd player to a home theater? Everything thru the tv directly or everything into the receiver then one video to the tv?

that depends really on what you are looking for and what avr you have.


The best way assuming your avr is new is everything to it then to the tv. As this reduces cables and should gie you the best sound and picture.. again this depends on what components you have.

Just curious is the X-Box a DVD Player. The ps3 is a bluray so I gave away my bluray player.
