these seem to be pretty standard answers but here is what i would suggest:
BIC F12 from shopblt.com is $183 shipped, it is on backorder though so it would be a couple weeks.
Also, shop for the Premier Acoustic PA-120 through bing.com's cashback program. you can find it for at least close to $200 with that.
