Best way to distribute satellite and terrestrial signals in a three storied house

Assuming that each room's TV needs to be connected to at least two satellite dishes as well as terrestrial antenna (at different times) what would be a good arrangement of cables and mutiswitches in a three storied house. I already have 4 coaxials laid out from dishes and antenna to the third floor

The "best" way is via a distributed HDMI matrix switch with the Sat receivers as sources to the matrix.
Coax is not the "best" way at all.
