I bought a set of JBL N38 speakers and one has the 2 bottom corners that need to be re-glued, whats the best glue to do that and also hows the best way to take them apart? also the back looks a little loose, would it be best coming in from the front or is that a way to take off the back?

Physically seperating the joints will cause outside finish issues.

I wouldn't take the cabinets apart unless you really have to, instead I would apply a product like PL Premium or Liquid nails from the inside of the cabinet.

Warning: it's really messy and can get everywhere.

I would use a gloved finger and smear it all over the joints from the inside. The easiest way to gain access is to remove the woofer and other components. Use masking tape to mark the + and - on wires, take pictures if you need to.
