Hi all,


I have a couple channel modulators and I plan on hooking them up to my 2 tivos, DVD, etc... so I can view both them and remote control them on any TV in the house. My question to all you is, in your mind, what is the best solution to have remote contol access throughout the whole house to control the Tivos and DVD?


I've seen some of the remote sensors that run through the coax lines, and the wireless remote repeaters, and a few other, but I'm not sure which solution I should go for? Thanks in advance for your help!

Wireless isn't always 100% reliable. If you don't have any extra wiring that you can dedicate for IR you should try the xtralink from xantech. It will run on the same coax that your modulators are on and is easy to install.
