Bewere BB.com when getting Big Screen

I ordered an RCA 52" Big screen for my parents for Christmas from BB.com. They were running a promotion where you got the Toshiba DVD recorder for free with any TV over $999. So I ordered the TV and had it delivered to my Parents and the DVD player sent to my aunt as a present.

Well, on the day of delivery I called to find out when the TV was going to be delivered. No one knew (they had me call their delivery company, then the stores warehouse where it was suppose to be delivered from, they didn't know either). When I called BB.com back they said that they where out of stock at the delivery store, so my order would be canceled. the CS rep said that this was normal practice and their policy, so she couldn't do anything about it. Asked for a supervisor and got the same answer. Not only did the cancel "P" me off, but they sent me an email stating that If I didn't return the DVD recorder by 12/26 they would charge my account full retail for it.

I went to CC and got a 51" Hitachi (much better TV anyway) for my parents. They delivered it the day and time they said. After this experience I ordered a 32" TV for my grandma from Circuit City as well. Same thing, perfect follow up and delivery.
