I did a search on BFD and read every thread I could find. I found this question asked but never answered. Do you keep your av receiver (in my case a NAD T753) in surround mode and disconnect the jumpers between pre and amp to disable the speakers when PEQ'ing your sub?

I ran mine in stereo using the CD mode and the receiver's crossover to the subwoofer seems to have no effect on the main speakers. They measured the same if I set them small or large.

Which brings me to my last question. I run my PSB 6T (mains) large. In my room my sub and mains have basically the same FR. If I PEQ the sub with my BFD I will still have the same peaks from the mains, will I not?

I apologize if this has all been covered but after one week of searching I'm still ignorant!

Thanks in advance....
