just called one of credit card companies and found that they have NO record of any transactions w/ Dell. not even an authorization or hold on funds. i spread the payment over two cards, so there should have been at least $600 on it.
the other card is a POS and i can't get any account information until monday (Hudson United...avoid at all costs). This really burns me up, because it will be sometime next week before i even get this this resolved( if i can ever speak to a human being at Dell who will know his A$$ from a hole in the ground...what are the odds?) let alone getting the projector shipped out.
Someone please tell me how in the hell my order can be processed & 'packed and ready for shipment' for 5 days with no action whatsoever going on with my card?
