I bought some blackout fabric from Joanne's Fabric to see how it would look, and was surprised to see that it isn't completely opaque. Did I get the wrong thing?
A flashlight can be clearly seen through it, as can my projector image. The way I see it, any light I can see on the other side of the screen is light that is not being reflected back to the viewing audience... which is a bad thing. Is there a truly opaque blackout material available from Joanne's? Is a "normal" Da-Lite matte white screen completely opaque?
