Afternoon folks!

Just a quick question. I've noticed that the left, right, and bottom parts of my screen have a bluish tinge to them (I have a barco data 600). Is this because of tube wear on the blue tube, or could this be caused by improper convergence?

It's not a major problem for me, as it is only really noticeable during scenes with a lot of white but I am curious about it. I haven't really noticed until now, it seems to have appeared in the past few weeks.

Regards,

Gary.

Gary,

This might be caused by dust in between the lens and the crt face, take a look with the contrast turned down, while you are looking is the back raster lit up, compare to the green and red, this will be behind the image around the outside edges. Doug

Turn on the blue tube alone in the test grid mode. If areas are out of focus, you have fungus problem. I t could also be dust though like Doug says.
