I must respectfully disagree with your numbers. Big time.
CLONES, you are on the money. If it is as good as people are saying, the fans will go again and again.
THE TWO TOWERS is absolutely going to surpass 300 million. Fellowship was a beloved film and after the DVD releases, the fan base will only grow. Expect TWO TOWERS to be a juggernaut.
HARRY POTTER will earn 200 to 250, if it is really good. The third film will be lucky to pass 175 million.
SPIDERMAN is going to blow past 200 million in a heartbeat.
MIBII is a steaming pile of ****e sequel to a steaming pile of ****e film, so I cannot fairly judge it, but I think 150 million is generous.
MINORITY REPORT is a toss up. 150 million for sure. If it's good. I mean really good, word of mouth will spread and it can hit 200 million.
You forgot to mention...
SIGNS is getting incredible buzz and the trailers are freaking people out, so expect 125 million minimum. It could hit 200 million if it's as good as Sixth Sense.
WINDTALKERS is sure to surpass 125 million. Woo+Cage can't miss.
AUSTIN POWERS 3: If the final trailer is howlingly funny, it should do OK. If not, then it will be laughed at and made fun of. Austin was out last year, so this is a big risk.
