Bookshelf speakers under 250 need help

Hi I am looking for a pair of bookshelf speakers to use as rears. Using a pretty powerful subwoofer so bass doesn't have to be that good. Currently looking at def tech monitor 350s for 240 any better suggestions for $250 limit. Again I'm just looking for something to get good mids and highs. Using a decent receiver (Yamaha rxv 863) so they will be supplied with a decent amount of power. Thanks everyone for your help
