Does anyone know if you can cut and extend the main extension cable from the main unit to the subwoofer for a Bose 321GSII? I need a 60' run and they only make a 50' cable.

I cut and extended the cable but I'm not getting any digital audio and no sound from the DVD. Analog audio from the cable box and FM works.

Can anyone help?

nevermnd. aparently, the output of the 321 is not enough to allow it to be extended more than 25'!!!
