The AVS forum was critical to my selection of a projector. I bought on-line a Boxlight 20HD from an out of state dealer. When it arrived I found that the zoom and focus functions were not working. I sent the unit to Boxlight in Washington. The unit had obviously been dropped before it got to me. Given the circumstances, I was unable to point the finger of blame (honestly) in any one direction. The service department of Boxlight was super. Loren Neilson fixed the problem in a practical and money saving manner. Kevin Wick was also of great help. They fixed the unit and had it back to me in a few days. Since the unit produces an great picture in all regards; is easy enough for a virgin like myself to set up and use; and, has these great service folks behind it I am sure that I made the right choice.

Yes, I've had great results with Boxlight service as well. Sure wish they'd come out with an affordable 3 chipper so I could buy one.
