Anyone know a brand of black or dark color paint that the smell is not too bad and will disapate real quick? it's 30 outside so opening the windows and doors is out.


all the low odor low voc paints the family uses are light pastel colors, and can't be tinted black. They already hate black, the smell of the wood & now just one more thing to complain about

Just tell the family that you'll lock them outside if they don't stop compaining.


I'm very fond of the pre-mixed black paints you can get at Lowes or Depot. It seems like it covers a lot better than the tint to black version.
