Used the slides on Evangalo's site, and they won't fill the entire screen - the two bottom pixels aren't given life when the slides are on and the last row to the right won't either - why?

What brand and model of TV do you have? What do you mean by "slides"? What source are you using to display the "slides"?

Samsung PN50B560. The break-in images you play as a slideshow to 'break in' a Plasma. I chose to load the images on my USB stick rather than burn a huge DVD and run my DVD player for 100+ hours. But, the last two rows of pixels don't light up while running them, same with the far right vertical row.

Do you have Pixel Shift activated?


Turn it OFF for the Break-In images.

It was activated, de-actived it but it still doesn't fill in those pixels. I called Vann's and they're sending me a new one anyways, due to a dead pixel so screw it I guess. I'm gonna use the **** out of this one now that a new one will be getting sent the latter part of this month. But, when the new one comes I wanna make sure I break it in correctly and I don't have some dumb problems like this.
