Brush Faceplate where to get them?

Can any one tell me where I can find these in the U.S.A. ? They leave a nice look for serveral cables.

This single gang faceplate is used where it is necessary to pass cables through a wall. The brushes in the middle of the faceplate allow cables to pass through without exposing the inside of the wall. This provides a professional finish where it is necessary to pass cables through a wall.

Can't help you on the brush type, but I used these for my plasma install and think they look better (they have both single and double-gang versions):
