Hi, I need to find a good receiver that is 5.2 or 7.2 around the 100 range. Anyone know of any good ones or where would I be able to find one?

I was able to get an Onkyo Tx-Nr-676 for $150 on offer up. Never opened, sealed box, has worked great and is jam packed with features.

You won't find anything new in that price range. The least you'll pay new is about $189 on various sites selling clearance items. If 100 is your budget, you'll have to go the used or refurbished route. A lot of reputable stores use eBay as their used/refurb storefront.
It also has to have hdmi connections
Craigslist for local used receivers for $100 price range. where are you located?

Is this one any good? I'm willing to pay that, at least I'll know it has warranty.

if you can scrape up another 30, the S640H is better, for at least 2 reasons: 1) better terminal posts 2) networked/ HEOS for streaming.
