This may sound like a dumb question, and I'm not sure if this is the right thread, but here it goes...
I am nearing the completion of my home theater in the basement, and with the winter months arriving soon, I've noticed a more than usual amount of bugs in my basement (avoiding the cold I assume). I wanted to set of a bug bomb or two in the unfinished and finished portions of the basement. My question was about my components, PJ, and bar equipment. Is it safe to all these things to set off a bug bomb, or am I going to have to unhook and remove all the stuff out of the basement, including storage bins that might get handled? Thanks in advance!
Why not call a professional exterminator. ie. - Orkin, Terminex, local guy. They can usually make applications without disturbing any of your furnishings. Just a thought...
Personally I would never set off one of those things in my house. What type of bugs are you dealing with? Better to seal up the house than poison yourself.
