I building my first htpc. Going to use a 2500+, Abit NF7-S, 512mb ram, 40 gb hd, pvr 250, 9200se (gonna upgrade soon). I think im going to use meedio for a front end and use beyondtv or sage but not sure. I have tt 1.5 and what so great about it compared to powerdvd? I have a file server i hold all my ripped dvds on (so i dont have to change discs, Im so lazy) and I cant get tt do read them from the file server it only wants to read from a dvd drive. Its going to be connected to my sony home entainment system via toslink cable from optical out on mobo. Does it sound like it will be a decent system, any input welcomed.
