I am considering buying a small RPTV or a larger tube TV but am wondering how easy it is to burn-in an RPTV. I watch a lot of baseball games and in the top left corner of every game is the box with the score, the count, and all that stuff, sitting there for 3+ hours. Obviously there are breaks from it with commercials and replays but if I got an RPTV should I be concerned with that getting burned into it? If so, I'll probably get a tube, becuase burn in is far less likely. Thanks.

I've had a 41" RPTV for 3 or 4 years with no burn in at all. I play a lot of videogames and watch a lot of ESPN with the scrolling ticker at the bottom.

I think that burn in is talked about a lot more than it ever happens. Keep it out of torch mode, what what you can full screen.
