i've aready placed a bid on the one that i want on ebay, but, i didn't see anything on the page about an extended warranty.

(oh, and yes, it's brand new in an unopened box)


i've read in threads here about a Mack ext. warranty, and i need to know what exactly this is and how i can get it.

(really needing the 3 year bulb replacement part)


do you have to purchase it at the same time you purchase the projector? and at the same place?

i found a place online that sells the warranties, but that's not where i'm buying my projector from!

could somebody straighten me out on this.

You can buy a Mack extended warranty if the unit comes with an original manufacturer's warranty. I don't think that you can buy a Mack for gray market unit.


You can buy a Mack warranty for a refurb even though it has a short warranty

the page says that it's still factory sealed.


i sent him/her a pm asking if it comes with the original manufacturer's warranty.


guess i'll find out about that and take it from there.
