I am getting ready to buy an infocus 340 this week and I notice I can get it about 400 dollars cheaper off the internet(infinity-micro.com) than from a local dealer. What drawbacks will I have from getting it off the internet. For warrenty purposes will I have to send it back to the dealer or will any authorized infocus company repair it. Also for those of you that own one, what type and size of screen do you have and how do you like the picture quality? Are you using it in complete darkness or with little light?

I bought mine through the internet for the same reason-cost. My only complaint is with the UPS man who left it in my door! (No, really-just left it there for anybody to rip off.)

My screen is a homemade one from an idea I got off the screen forum. It is made from window covering material stapled onto a dowell and hung from hooks in my ceiling. Total cost was around $30 and it looks nice and works very well. My diagonal measurment is around 91 inches in letterbox mode.
