Buying small LCD TV in Canada?

I am looking to help my sister buy a small flatscreen LCD (15"-20"). I am very familiar with the various online shopping alternatives here in the US, but since she lives in Canada I am at a bit of a loss.

Can someone provide suggestions for good low-cost online merchants from Canada? I believe the customs costs would make purchasing this at a US store too expensive.
