Here is a photo of RF20 that under the batteries has 7 contacts .

I was wondering if it is possible to get a cable to connect RF20 via COM or USB to the computer. Does anyone know if it is possible?

Thanks

sorry, but no. its strictly for use by URC.
tridy,

As Edmund said, nobody has figured out how to talk to the remote via that connector, but you may find the attempts an interesting read.

Of course JP1 remotes have a similar connector and we can communicate with them and do some amazing things. But those are made by UEI, not URC, so JP1 tools won't work on yours.
URC does have a device that communicates over similar pins in the mx-650 & mx-350 remotes, the device is called pcl-300. It allows you archive your remotes programming to your pc, and upgrade the code database.
