Calibration Question

I will be using AVIA to calibrate a Hitachi HDPJ52 projector. This projector has both a dynamic Iris and an Iris that can be adjusted manually to 10 different positions. What do I do with the Irises when calibrating? Disable the dynamic iris? Open the manual Iris? Close the Manual Iris?
