CALLING ALL SAMSUNG EXPERTS..LN52A650 Open Box or LN52A630 New.. Same $ Better Value?

Hi...As stated in the title, I have the option to buy a brand new LN52A630 or a Mint open box LN52A650 from a reputable dealer for roughly the same price.

Warranty issues notwithstanding, which is a better value?

What makes the 650 better than the 630? I know that the 630 has a Matte screen (some consider a plus) but aren't the processors and the glass the same? The contrast is a little different but the sheen affects that I am sure...so what gives? I was going to buy a new LNT5271F for the same price but since there is an entire THREAD on how to exchange them...I thought I would avoid it..lol...

So Samsung experts....chime in please....Which 6 series is for me??

Besides the differences that you mentioned, I believe the 650 has the WiseLink Pro, which can also play video files. The 630 just has vanilla WiseLink, and lacks that ability. The 650 also has an ethernet jack for (I assume) linking up to your home network... Not sure how that works, or what it really allows you to do.

If I were you, I'd probably go with the 650. I didn't have that option, so I have the 630 - which I love btw!
