I was reading a recent thread which recommended the Cambridge SX-50 over the Energy CB-5. My local Best Buy has the Energy CB-5 as an open box special for $110. The center speaker, CC-5, is on sale for $150. On the other hand, the Cambridge SX-50 is $199 and the center is $199.

I'll be using these in a 5.1 config. I have a Yamaha RX-V575 receiver and an old (but kickin') Energy XL-8 sub. The speakers will be in my living room, which is about 20'X12'.

My question is whether the Cambridge speakers are so much better that the Energy speakers that I could justify paying about $130 more. I am on a budget but I also want speakers that I will be happy with for the next 10 years or so.
