Hi all I have a Panasonic HCX1000 and was wondering what sort of device's people use instead of a monopod or tripod to keep the camera's still. I would intend to use it when out trekking,

The Steadicam Merlin is much cheaper now on ebay than four years ago when I purchased mine for use on my GH2.
