I plan on using a small windows 7 pc as a Windows Media Center Extender in my bedroom to power my bedroom Flatscreen TV (HDMI) and a bathroom Flatscreen monitor (HDMI or DVI). If I have 2 HDMI outs from the computer will both HDMI outs provide Sound simultaneously to the FlatScreens?

I don't see why it wouldn't work. You would need to get an HDMI splitter. Then it just repeats the signal but with dual outputs. I have seen people on here run two tv's like this with one htpc. Monoprice has a few different types.

Well I could do that too, and that would remove the need for 2 video cards. Both Screens will show the same thing.

Oh you want to have multiple video cards? I definitely would just go with the splitter. Doing it the other way sounds like a problem waiting to happen.

Some cards have issues with cloned displays and protected content

Not to mention both tv's would have to have the exact same resolution and framerate.
