Can I send analog signal over rg6 to DVI?

If your SD source is composite video...
Terminate the RG6 with RCA plugs, run the composite down the RG6, use a composite to VGA transcoder, and input into the VGA port. As far as cost, we have a piece that will do the transcoding, and with that, you're looking at about $300 bucks.
