I'm about to mount my G70. I'll be using a 49"x88" screen. I'm using PJCalc V4.3. It says the lenses need to be 115" away from the screen and it seems to be saying the bottom of the projector should be about 3" above the top of the screen height.

How much play (vertical and horizontal) do I need to build into the projector mount?

Note: I do not have the screen yet.

Hi Josh,

Yes you can. I used PJCALC to mount my Sony 1272 from the ceiling on to 16X9 135 inch screen and it was spot on.

I adhered exactly to the dimensions stated, but the general concensus with

the CRT guys, is you can come in about 5-6 percent closer to the screen to ensure you use maximum raster surface.

Good luck with it.

Regards, Andrew...
