I'm no expert, so, I ask...

By attaching a polarizer at the lens, is it possible to remove stray light coming from the inside of the projector?

By stray light, I mean stray reflections from inside the assembly.

Only light coming down the lens assy is going to be affected by usage of a polarizing filter. If you have light spill from the chassis the filter isn't going to do anything.


The function of a polarizer is to block light not contained in the plane the filter allows for. I would imagine you would take a hit in brightness.
