I remember reading something about this a while back -

Can powerstrip force the Radeon to output a component signal? This would be nice, as my Denon 3802 switches component video sources, and I'll eventually be getting a standalone HD receiver. Not needing to buy a RGBHV-Y Pr Pb transcoder would sure be nice.

Thanks!

Also in order to further tailor to the home theater PC crowd, ATI informed us that the Radeon 8500 will be compatible with a very cheap ($10 - $40) DVI-I to Component output connector. This is very important for those that have Component (Y Pr Pb) but not VGA inputs on their TVs.
