Can someone point me to the picture quality guidelines (??)

Hi,

I've done some searching and I can't seem to find the picture quality guidelines (or whatever they're called). You know, the ones that say that contrast ("ability to display black") is most important, color accuracy is second, etc.? I thought it was ISF guidelines, but I could have that confused with ISF calibration.

I feel like a total noob. Thanks in advance.
