I have a Samsung soundbar hooked up to my TV. I just received two 250 watt tower speakers as a gift (Boston Acoustics CS260II) and want to hook them up. I know I will need to get a AV receiver, but will the tower speakers be compatible with my sound bar hookup? In other words, can these work together to produce a great sound for movie watching and playing games?

 

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

They really can't be used together. I'd use the towers in your main room and move the sound bar to a smaller room like a bedroom. The towers will be much better sounding.
