Canadian source for Transcoder?

Do any of you big screen fella's know of a location in Canada where one can purchase a VGA to Component transcoder? I personally dont have one (HDTV)but the brother in law just got a 32 Tosh HD direct view and I wanna see what DVD @ 1080i will look like.
