Have you pulled the speakers down or looked in the attic to see if there is even speaker wire running to them?

Can't figure out these in ceiling speakers
I moved into a new house with some in ceiling speakers in the living room and garage. I want to hook them up somehow and can't figure out which wires I need to use. I have attached some pictures. There is a random HDMI supply, phone lines and Cat 5e ethernet cables even though there is no Ethernet plug ins anywhere in the house.There is also a power supply coming out of the wall as well that connects to nothing. Any direction would be much appreciated. The house is about 8 years old.
