can't get 24hz on my Geforce 430.

I can't set 24hz in the Nvidia control panel under resolution. I only have the option for 60hz and 50hz. When I go to custom resolution I can only do 23hz. If I try and add 24 hz under custom timings it drops back to 23hz automatically.

I want to play my BD from TMT5 at 23p, and I can't do it. Anyone know of a solution? I also have my Onkyo 708 detected as my display instead of my Sony Projector. Does this matter?

I believe the current Nvidia drivers round off the HZ selections to the lower whole number so 23Hz actually stands for 23.976.
