Can't replicate default picture settings in Custom mode

Hi,
I recently purchased 65" Sony OLED A8H and spent a couple of days tinkering with the picture settings. Today I tried to replicate the default Standard mode picture settings in Custom mode hoping that would be a good starting point to measure the effect of changes as I make them. However, after carefully replicating each setting, the picture was not the same at all. Why can't I? Are there hidden settings I cannot access?

P.S.: I ran Calman for Bravia to unlock custime pro1 and 2 in case that makes a difference.
