Canton help...

Look for the model of the woofer, on the back of the driver... you may get lucky and its something common that you could do also search for.


Canton i think is bigger in Europe, contacting them is a good first step. Sometimes these companies will suprise you and ship one out for a reasonable fee....


Other than that, searching US and european sources on the Internet ( ebay, google, etc) is another avenue.


If all else fails ... some adventurous types just try to buy a "close match" to the driver, at a good price. It will not sound perfect, and it may not even sound good.

I would try calling a Canton dealer to find out if they have a number to a technical support helpline. Accessories4less.com is a Canton dealer. Give them a buzz and see if they can put you in touch with a US Canton Support Rep.

if you can't get a Canton replacement, get a copy of the Parts Express catalog and try to match up the speaker with a modern replacement. If you go that route, replace the speaker in both units so they will match.
