Hi,

I'm using a Pinnacle Studio TV capture card now, and have got it working now in XP too (finally).

I'm using the DScaler program to view TV, and the picture is okay. I have a bad reception, but it still seems okay.

The audio is running from a minijack at the back of the TV-card to the line-in of the soundcard (MX300) and the sound is then recorded through the line-in and played back through my speaker-setup.

It's probably the Pinnacle cards fault that the audio I hear is very dull.

Is there any other card that instead of making this silly analog audio feedback thing through the soundcard, instead passes the audio digitally over the system bus, or via a 2 pin digital cable as seen on some CD/DVD drives?

Best regards,

Esben Barnkob
