Hi:

Running Casablanca 2 with Dreadnaught configured as follows:

Three 200 Watt single channel modules for Front left, center, right

Two two channel modules 100 Watts each for surr right, surr left, center surr.

Total 7 channels of amp, 6 speakers

I will be adding two side channel speakers and need an additional channel of amplification. Any recomendations?

You might consider something like the Bryston PowerPac for the rear center surround and then use the Dreadnaught for remainder. PowerPacs are available in 60,120, and 250 wpc for 8 ohm, but per normal Bryston, actual ratings should be a bit higher. They also handle 4 ohm loads well. You may be able to mount the PowerPac directly to the back of the center surround. They will take balanced or RCA imputs, so speaker wire length can be very minimal.

Good luck,

Will
