Yes, it went out shortly after 9:00 and it just came back at 9:50 PM.

CBS-HD in NYC went out
Anyone else in NYC area lose the CBS OTA digital feed around 9:15 pm Tues? The analog feed on Cablevision was also out, but came back on around 9:30. I actually panicked for a brief moment thinking something catatrosphic had happened at ESB, and quickly checked FOX signal to see it was still being transmitted.
Just checked...signal came back on. Panic attack over...for now, at least.
