The new CC ad shows the A2 alongside The Matrix Trilogy and looks to be reasonably priced. This is one of the first advertisements I have seen that might actually appeal to the average joe and make them think about buying.

I think its funny to see an $800 BR player sitting right below it. Helps put things in perspective.


However, in that same CC ad they did a full page spread on BR. I'm kinda disappointed that they could only devote half a page to HD DVD with movies as big as the Matrix.

I love that marketing!!! They show the $299 HD DVD player with The Matrix on HD DVD, right below it a $799 Blu-Ray player and that $349 Panasonic DVD(?) player, it looks like it could be a VHS/DVD player I can't tell its too small. Anyway that is GREAT advertising
