CC Bug in 3.0 -- Not So Simple...

When I first got the 3.0 software, like most people, I lost my closed-captioning. It was reported here that the solution is to unplug the unit and the CC would come back. It did. However, it's gone again. The only explanation I can think of is that the CC bug came back when I turned off the power to my unit.


I realize many people just leave their Replays on all the time, but still, the CC shouldn't go away whenever it's turned off. Has anyone else had this problem?


It's no big deal, I'm still a happy customer. I just wanted to bring everybody's attention to this bug since it seems to be more complicated than just unplugging the unit.
