I just found this sale happening at cd-recordable.com. I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this. DVD-R discussions are all over the forums. This deal closes on Monday 13th May at midnight.


Basically the deal is with free shipping:

100 single sided DVD-R blanks - $125 = $1.25 each

50 double sided DVD-R blanks - $125 = $2.50 each

The problem with generic DVD-R discs is they are even more tempermental than cheap CDR discs. There is a HUGE quality difference among the brands.


I wouldn't buy anything other than Pioneer, Apple or Verbatim DVD-R discs. And yes, I've seen the generics go bad.... in less than a couple months of light use.


Just my 2 cents from somebody with direct experience..
