people who mount their PJ's on the ceiling. just wondering if you put the lens cap on your projector at the end of the day or just leave it hanging? thanks.

I leave my cover hanging since I use my pj just about every day.

I went one step further and cut the cable that attached the lens cap to the case. Unless you use the projector in different locations or find yourself putting it away for storage, the lens does not need to be protected.

I never replace the lens cap but I do not leave it hanging -- the tether is long enough for the lens cap to sit comfortably on the top (actually bottom) of my PJ.
